Our merchandisers focus on independent retail channels throughout Malaysia, including grocery stores, convenience stores, food services, coffee shops, cafes, smoke shops, and liquor stores. We also have connections with local retail chains.

Once you’re set up on the Gridgro platform, you will start receiving inbound wholesale purchase orders. Simply include our packing slip in the box and add the tracking code to our system within 2 business days.

Our platform fee is a standard 5%, charged only on successful orders. There are no monthly fees or upfront costs. A separate commission is applied for our merchandisers, which varies depending on the product category. We work with you to set the appropriate commission rate!
